Proud to Support the Seni Cup 2024
We at Equilia are proud to be part of the Seni Cup 2024 tournament, providing support and promoting community involvement in sports and social activities. Our company has always believed that by supporting local events and initiatives, we can create a positive impact and help build a more cohesive society.
Record Number of Participants
This year, the Seni Cup saw a record number of applications – 38 teams from social care centers in Latvia and a guest team from Estonia. Almost 400 participants took part in the tournament, actively completing football and creative tasks set by the Latvian Football Federation (LFF) coaches over six weeks. We are honored to be part of this process and provide support that fosters sportsmanship and togetherness.
Unforgettable Finals in Staicele
From June 6th to 7th, the LFF sports and recreation base in Staicele hosted the tournament finals and closing event. Over these two days, the top 16 teams competed to determine the champions of the A and B groups. The opening ceremony was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Welfare, LFF officials, directors of Latvian social care centers, and supporters of the tournament. We were delighted to see the energy and enthusiasm that participants put into every game.
Tournament Winners and Recognition
The tournament winners were the VSAC Zemgale branch “Ziedkalne,” but all 38 teams received trophies, medals, supporter gifts, and donated treats. There were also individual awards for the best footballers, forwards, defenders, and goalkeepers. Our company is proud to have been part of this festive atmosphere and to have contributed to making this event an unforgettable experience for all participants.
Looking Ahead
We hope that our company will continue to support the Seni Cup in the coming years. We would be delighted if one of our representatives could attend the tournament in person to receive the participants’ heartfelt thanks for everything we have worked together to provide for them.
We are proud to be part of the Seni Cup 2024!
